With the judgment on 12. Sept 1999 - 312 O 85/99 - "Haftung für Links/liability for links" - Landgericht Hamburg (country court Hamburg) decided that by providing external links, the owner if neccessary can be held responsible for the content of the linked pages. To avoid responsibillity for linked contents the owner has to expressly dissociate oneself from linked contents.
Hereby the persons listed above expressly dissociate themselfs from contents of linked pages or graphics and make this not be our own. Any violations caused by external links of applicable law, custom or morality, which get known will be immediately deleted from our OEG-Website.
